The 6th ZAOC CONFERENCE ENDED SUCCESSFULLY

The Annual conference sponsored by Zhongshan Advanced Optics Consortium (ZAOC) organized by Japanese companies of the optical components industry were held on November 15 and 16 at Zhongshan City, Guanzhou China. More than 100 attendees gathered to sat in on the lectures all the way from Europe, USA in addition to East Asian countries. This year, influential top leaders in the industry were invited and gave their lectures on development of optical components industry and marketing strategy of their business.

The lectures by the invited speakers include:
“Development and Strategy of Optical Business” by Mr. Xi-yan Wang, President of Phenix Optical, “The Present state and Future Development of Japan’s Optical Glass Industry” by Mr. Sumimasa Yutani, President of Ohara Inc., “Introduction to HCPV and Coating Needs in HCPV” by Mr. Walter Yen of Browave Corporation, and “Demand on Chinese Supply Chain to Support ---the High Level of the Micro-Scope business of Carl Zeiss” by Mr. Guenther Kunowski, Managing Director of Carl Zeiss MicroImaging (Suzhou).
