Optorun exhibited at "VACUUM 2013" (November 6-8)

Optorun had an exhibit at the VACUUM 2013, held at Tokyo Big Site from November 6-8, 2013.


We had panel displays on our OTFC series products customized with LEDs, infrared filters, and scintillators for X-ray FPD, film coaters such as the GENER series, RPD series, and Inline, as well as core components such as the optical monitor HOM series, ion source OIS series, and low particle electron gun BST. We also had a technical presentation about the low particle electron gun BST and the direct film thickness monitor DHOM4-T.

We are looking forward to seeing many of our customers again next year at this great venue.
