OPTORUN will be exhibiting at"VACUUM2014- vacuum Show"(October 15-17)

Optorun had an exhibit at the VACUUM 2014, held at Tokyo Big Site from October 15-17, 2014.

We had panel displays on our OTFC series products customized with LEDs, infrared filters, film coaters such as the GENER series, RPD series, and Inline, as well as core components such as the optical monitor HOM series, ion source OIS series, and low particle electron gun BST. We also had a technical presentation on workshop place.

We are looking forward to seeing many of our customers again next year at this great venue.
