HOM4 is an optical thickness meter for wide range optical filter deposition system.

It covers same wavelength as HOM2-RT-S1.

Monitoring wavelength can be automatically controlled from 350 - 2400nm.

Space-saving design with the modification of monochromator. (installation space is as same as that for HOM2 series.)

■

Transmittance and reflectance monitoring mode are available and can be switched automatically.
